Since I’ve lived in Maui for over 18 years now, people often ask me to recommend other activities or businesses, and I am always happy to help when I can. When they ask about yoga, I can definitely help!  Jennifer Lynn’s class has ruined me for all other yoga classes.  We are so lucky that she happens to love Maui as much as I do because when our visitors discover her, they wish they could take her back home with them.  Lucky for them she has this amazing website where you can take her classes from the comfort of your own home: mauionlineyoga.com.

While you are on Maui, you should definitely check out her classes in person.  Her Wisdom Flow Yoga studio is in Pukalani, Maui and it’s well worth the drive, wherever you happen to be staying on the island.  Her classes not only stretch your body, but they stretch your mind and open your heart with wisdom, laughter and gentle, perfect instruction.  I  always leave her classes with new insights about my body and myself.  I’ve always loved yoga and I’ve been to many different yoga classes on the island with great instructors, but I never knew I could get so much out of a yoga class until I went to Jennifer Lynn’s class.  And did I mention she was voted “Best Yoga Instructor” on Maui by the readers of Maui Time Magazine?  Apparently I’m not her only fan.
